  • Mauricio gave us a great tour of the plantation! He was a patient teacher and the adults especially loved the tour! It was my parents favorite thing to do in San Jose!  more »
  • We visited on a rainy afternoon and had a good time. It could only be even better on a sunny day. While waiting for the rest of the tour to arrive and gather, we were treated to unlimited sampling of ...  more »

  • This was a great experience! The sample coffee drink they gave us while waiting for the tour to start was fantastic, I wished I could have bought a bottle of it to take with me. The tour was fascinating to learn so much about how the coffee was grown, and the tour guide was a lot of fun. Try the Peaberry coffee! I opened the bag I purchased a couple weeks ago and I'm already almost out, I should have bought more. It's just so good.
  • Fun experience. Went with a school group and had a very informative tour. Cool to try all the coffees and learn the process. Good prices on coffee to bring home too!
  • Loved this! Informative, beautiful setting, great staff. My family enjoyed this tour and recommend it for all coffee lovers. You get lots of samples too:) They also have a great butterfly sanctuary.
  • Nice and organize. Great tour of one hour. 14 dollars. Best day to come is during a weekday between October and February. If you travel with tico bus then walk 25 min to the gate.
  • This tour is definitely a must-do for coffee lovers. You learn about the harvesting of your coffee, to the processing and packaging of each type (Breakfast Blend vs French Roast, etc). You even get to see inside the facilities. Very fun, educational, and tasty.
