Africa Safari, Liberia

(3.7/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Experience close encounters with tropical and exotic animals at Africa Safari. Unlike some other zoos in Latin America, the facilities here prioritize the health and happiness of the animals, who live in open, free-roaming conditions. Resident critters include emus, Iberian mountain goats, gnus, giraffes, ostriches, and zebras. Younger visitors will be delighted with the opportunity to pet some of these creatures. Opt for a guided tour of the park and see the onsite waterfall. Unless you know the city of Liberia very well, take a taxi to the attraction, as the roads to the zoo are difficult to navigate for those new to the area. • It is a good place to go. Safari tour is around 1 hour and you can feed the animals while the tour guide gives you information about the species. Also, the waterfall is good to go for an hour or so an...  more »
  • The experience was beautiful! See close to giraffes, zebras and a camel, an ostrich has already done it for me the experience worthwhile completely. There is also an area with a pool and a waterfall nice where you can have a picnic and enjoy swimming a bit, while some is under "construction" it seems to me that the place is worth. Highly recommended!

  • The place is very nice and the animals are not confined to cages which allow them to much movement and resembles the environment where they live. Staff very friendly and helpful.
