Get up close and personal with some of Costa Rica's most exotic mammals, reptiles, and insects with a visit to Neo Fauna. This wildlife conservation area is tucked away in the wilderness and dedicated to the preservation and reproduction of endangered species. The farm pays particular attention to butterflies, poisonous dart frogs, and snakes. The center also works as a safe refuge for wounded and sick wild animals to heal and be safely released into the wild. Seek out a tour guide to get an in-depth explanation of all the on-site creatures. Plan your visit to Neo Fauna and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Jaco travel itinerary planner.
