  • I went joined a tour from the cruise ship port of Puntarenas. While watching the weight balance, thanks for putting in order lucky enough we were both at the front. A fairly steep climbs and. Guide who will tell you while pointing at birds, animals and plants. (Seen pretty bird) I saw sloth in the distance just plant apart from the animals of the jungle encounter is difficult, as was was walking in the air as pure good air. Guide the Botanic Gardens is adjacent to descend along the promenade's and we walked together. Such as crocodile or snake cage. I personally really enjoyed is seen procession of "hakiriari". Hop carefully because they are across the Boardwalk. Last Butterfly breeding Center in this guide. Unique and colorful butterflies were flying around.

  • I was hosted in last February and I can say that it is the ideal place to relax in the midst of nature. The rooms are small and simple but very comfortable and clean. There is no internet or tv, so one is literally disconnected from the rest of the planet. You can request to make tours through the forest canopy or use the cable car. The staff is very friendly. They have a restaurant that is quite good. It also has the advantage that it is very close to San Jose. I just went for a night but I hope to return and stay a minimum of two nights.

  • The little train is icy slowly and we have no animal seen. Our guide did a really its best and told about the plants, see along the way. So if you're interested in the flora, then such a ride. Would you like to see animals, then this expensive ride a wrong choice.
