  • The place is nice and experience is unique, attention is good, but honestly it was not what we imagined. But in summary it was good

  • We come to see the Reptile House with my 17 year old son who loves reptiles. We spent four and a half hours. Terrariums are very well decorated as if the animals were actually in their habitat. A caretaker was long with us and had to eat some of the snakes by what my son could record the time. If you like reptiles do not hesitate you have to see it and enjoy

  • This is a great reptile zoo, with many snakes lizards turtles etc. My favorite thing was the Crocodile named Crocita. She would come over to you when you made a kissing sound that the zoo keeper taught us :) super fun!
  • One thing about life in the Costa Ballena region is quite clear...we are not alone! The abundance of rainforest and marine life that oozes from the landscape every day and night can be humbling to the human species. But every critter you encounter has a purpose, and Parque Reptilandia offers the opportunity to acquaint yourself with Costa Rica’s abundant reptiles. Just 7 minutes from Dominical and 20 minutes from Uvita, right next to Nauyaca Waterfalls, Parque Reptilandia offers the largest exhibition of reptiles in Costa Rica, including snakes, lizards, turtles and frogs. In all, 90 species are represented, with educational programs for children and adults aimed at familiarization with some of our rainforest neighbors.
  • Lovely park, great collection, definitely worth a visit!
  • this was by far the best reptile park/zoo really. there are sooooo many reptiles including vipers of all kinds, turtles, anaconda, monitors etc. now i'm not the zoo kind but everyone was going. i thoroughly enjoyed and roel (guy who works there) was extremely knowledgable, answered questions etc. the natural habitat is extremely well kept and it was nice to see everyone loved their work there. a must see. now i'm knowledgable in costa rican snakes which is helpful cause i'm here for 3 months.
  • Really close encounter with the reptiles
