  • Beautiful park! Free entry which is nice! The beach is very pretty in this area, not as pretty as the pacific side of Costa Rica in my opinion but still nice.
  • Lovely park set next to the coast with some beautiful beaches. Run by locals we were told it is the only national park with a voluntary entry fee. We hired a guide for our trip and it was worth it. Well worth a visit if you are close by. Go early if you want to see the howlers.
  • Excelente , hermosa vista , seguro y muy limpio perfecto para disfrutar de la playa / Perfect! , beatiful sights , secure and clean , awesome for enjoying at the beach
  • Very cool park and nice little town. I be back to surf and enjoy this national park. Reggae Bar is awesome and casa de las flores hotel is very wonderful and romantic. We be back soon.
  • Free entry which is great. I didn't get a guide and didn't see much so perhaps get a guide. I did the whole 8.5km circuit, there is some really nice panoramic viewpoints. I wish I knew you come out a different entrance, if you are coming from Puerto Viejo and want to do the full circuit I suggest getting off the less used entrance about 4km before Cahuita town and that way you will end up at the main entrance.
