  • The road to the falls is not tricky usual but worth it during a trip between the Central Valley and the Arenal (rather than the usual route that passes through Sarchí): the view from the collar on the Central Valley is exceptional, and the Valley of Bajos of Toro remained very wild, a true concentrate of Costa Rica wild! The fall itself is splendid and well laid out, with nice ways have enabled us to see butterflies (Morphos!) and access the coatis. Recommend without hesitation!

  • $ 10 or 15 us for y access, a winding road, a side of a cliff, but the most beautiful according to me were only when we alles (with 2 children, 1 and 3 years in baby carrier), about 1:30 to go back, there are up and down a lot of markets but wow falling more than 90 feet which flows into the substance of what seems an ancient volcano crater. Restaurant on place and hummingbirds and feeder birds a gives us a nice show...

  • There is already an interesting piece drive. Once you have arrived you will be welcomed. Found a drink or toilet break before you start. You can also take a walking stick for the route if you like. The route takes approximately be 2 x 45 minutes which you pass several fantastic points brings to enjoy and take photos. We did down there 45 minutes about, name the way back was a lot faster even though it went back up. Really a small training on certain pieces;-) Below you can pretty near the foot of the waterfall. The wind of the falling water is great to feel. The surface is a bit tricky, here comes that stick very handy. At one point when the ground so soft that I could push him without difficulty 80 cm into the ground. All in all very good value for money.
