Immerse yourself in nature at Rio Perdido, a spa resort centered on a series of thermal springs and offering accommodations and a range of outdoor activities. Take a dip in one of the 8 springs just steps away from your forest bungalow. The pools vary in temperature and feature a therapeutic mixture of minerals and vitamins. Choose from 5 different hiking trails through a verdant canyon and volcanic jungle filled with giant rocks. Cross 60 m (200 ft) high hanging bridges leading to lookout points providing views of far-reaching forest landscapes. Other activities include mountain biking, water tubing, and ziplining. Put Rio Perdido into our Bagaces holiday website and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

At the ziplinen, swinging to a rickety suspension bridge like Tarzan through the jungle and the Canyon, crossed and climbs a few passages. Marvin and Cristian great accompanied us and carried, were never afraid. Also at the tubing through the Canyon, we had lots of fun!

I don't know how much I appreciate my days here. 3 days wasn't enough for everything. I did zipline the first day I came. On the second day, my wife and I did a hiking trip to the mountain in front of the restaurant view. In the afternoon, we went to a natural thermal River with 5 minutes walk from our room then went to another trail to watch the sunset. At night, we went back to the thermal River around 9pm to relax (my suggestion: bring a bit of red wine) (the trail is a bit tricky so bring a Flashlight with you). This is one of the best stay I ever had in my life because the room is amazing, the staffs are so friendly, the food were delicious. The view and the hike were unbelievable. I really miss this place and people there (they're so nice, helpful and honest). If you don't come here, you'll miss a lot in your life.
Top shelf resort with thermal hot springs and fun activities. Beautiful resort great staff and great food. The place has only been open 4 years to date and they are still growing. Only 20 bungalows so far so it's never crowded. Plan ahead to reserve.
Just a lovely place! I enjoyed the modern architecture. The room was small, cute and extremely functional. It felt like being in the middle of the forest in a cozy tree house. The 3 pools were beautiful! The masseuse was very professional and I had a very relaxing massage!
Great hotel to get away from civilization for awhile. Tons of hiking trails & the rooms are amazing. The hotel rooms remind me of tree houses, that have a modern sleek interior. Everything is so far away from the hotel that if you like having midnight snacks or drinks without having to walk down to restaurant (which is steep) you should stop before & grab something. The restaurant food & drinks are great, but the drinks are pricey. To go anywhere in that hotel is a hike & you sunbelt need good walking shoes.
The best fun we had the whole trip was at this hidden gem. All the staff will take a great care of you and will make sure that you have very safe and unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Alfonso! You guys do an amazing job!
