Eco Termales Hot Springs, Arenal Volcano National Park

4.2
#13 of 14 in Nature in Arenal Volcano National Park
A therapeutic sanctuary heated by Arenal Volcano, Eco Termales Hot Springs offers secluded relaxation in a lush tropical setting. Family-operated and smaller than other hot springs in the area, the premises focus on a more intimate experience, with only 100 visitors allowed to enter at a time. Take a dip in four shimmering pools of varying temperature, with a cool pool and man made waterfall providing welcome refreshment. Finish off your visit with a delicious meal of authentic Criollo cuisine, made onsite in a rustic restaurant overlooking the springs. • I went to this place with my colleague Luis and my sister, we got two complimentary passes since we work in tourism in area and none of us knew the place. The site is very nice, very clean on arrival areas welcome Miss helpful very kindly, told us that the time to close the pools was at 9:30 pm. Arrival this time we went to take a shower to remove us from the place, being 10:00 o'clock indicates the receptionist that we must go from is way rush to hand over keys of lockers and towels, in that moment I do make a call to the driver for that We collect on the site, the call lasted approximately 40 seconds so we headed towards the exit and my friend Luis wanted to take a photo at the source where there are fish in that time once again tell the receptionist that that has told us that the 9: 30 was the s Alida's the thermals and that there is a transfer of employees waiting for them who have to leave immediately... all in a very bad way. Never saw such a buseta however understand that there are times that must be respected, but there are ways to treat a visitor even knowing that we work in tourism and we are who we recommend places. It really made us feel very bad.
