  • The road ascends from Villa de Leyva amid a landscape parched by the strong heat. Suddenly, out of a curve see the notice on a plank of wood: Wells blue. We have come to this much-anticipated destination. The truck is left to the edge of the road and starts down a path of dry land, with sharp edges, but that is easily traversed on foot. In the last corner, we see the first well. They are two in the afternoon, and the sun shines strongly. The water is of a blue light and harmonious. The contrast between the landscape parched and the color of those waters is impressive. And this is only the beginning. In total there are 7 wells with different shades of blue waters. The effect is caused by mineral deposits present in the area, that give these spectacular wells its beautiful colours. Highly recommended site to take stunning pictures. Costs: parking COP$ 3,000 per cart. Distance from Villa de Leyva: 3 km

  • There are two wells that are very beautiful but not there is nothing more to do or see... You have to pay an entry that includes only the input if you want to swim in wells has an additional cost.

  • It is a private property, cost $6000. Nice weather (it was June when I visited it). Really nice place for resting
  • Beautiful place to visit, totally worth it. Swimming is not allowed to preserve the lakes, the entrance is COP $5.000 per person. There only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because the place is not accessible for old people or people with mobility issues, there is a 800 meters walk to the lakes downhill, so the way back is uphill! There is a road to the lakes but car access is not permitted.
  • are super beautiful, not is if you can swim but people then gets your feet to water still that this something cold and it can rain. You must be careful when walking along the shore of the lakes and are 5 in total, if you explore them see all. House one is different and I thought it was cute to sit and have a snack or something. There are 500 cop and are clean bathrooms.

  • They are artificial wells and when it rains become cloudy colour by Earth and sediments around the Central magnificent. When I went, there were only two linda wells and two other water as of pond. To walk a while and see a nice landscape okay, but wells are not otherworldly.

  • The place is very nice, but is valued over. It has 2 natural grounds and one that seems artificial. They charge for entry but no guides or maintenance. This type of attraction is usually free.
