Nabusimake, Santa Marta

(35+ reviews on the web)
National Park
An important village for the indigenous Arhuaca people, Nabusimake remains a place of symbolism and mysticism. The inhabitants of the village have a rich ancestry reaching back hundreds of years, and they consider the area the epicenter and capital of all that is significant to their culture. This remote village is not the easiest to reach, so be sure to go with an experienced driver who can maneuver badly paved roads. The scenic views of the surrounding mountain vista, pristine crystal clear waters, and verdant forestry are all breathtaking; bring your camera. • A site away from the civilization. Environment very preserved by its inhabitants. The sites of reception are nice, with them, services basic necessary. The access road is almost impassable, reason why is still quiet in place without great invasions of tourists. The access to the village is restricted, is should make a record in the House main and only low authorization prior.
