La Piscinita, San Andres

3.9
#1 of 224 in Wildlife in Colombia
Crystalline waters, vibrant marine life, and excellent snorkeling typify La Piscinita, a pristine strip of coastline on San Andres Island in the Caribbean Sea. Take a snorkeling tour to fully appreciate the colorful coral and aquatic life offshore. While the beach lacks fully developed tourist infrastructure, you can grab a meal at the nearby restaurant. Wear shoes suitable for walking on jagged rocks that cover much of the shorefront, and look out for the occasional spiky creature on the sea floor. • The place is beautiful and there are few people. However, all come to him and not even leave you enter water place has less infrastructure than west view that is at odds with less people there are a lot of women attending is quite unpleasant, everything is half-hearted and against visitors

  • Very nice to visit somewhere and in possible do so without tours, you can go private, and an afternoon in the place. Recommended 100%

  • An excellent place to visit... behind to west view ecological and turistical park, is a place similar attended by native people and you don't have to pay the entrance, only to drink and eat something there
  • 4.000 COP to enter per person. Basically a space prepared for watching some fishes. You can get into the water and make some photos and dive. It's an OK place.
  • Beautiful place to swim. Jumping from a base of about 2 or 3 meters. Or to eat something... The Lord of the entrance makes you leave everything in the door cannot be food or beverage of any kind. That I didn't because it forces you to consume in place and is not very cheap. But if the place is very nice

  • Beautiful. Worth a snorkeling. Many fish. Pays a fee of 3000 to COP have access. Don't consume any food or drink on site. Have life vests for rent (I think COP 10000), but the tide is quiet!

  • The place is naturally beautiful, but those who manage it are bad people. At the entrance to the place they offer bread to feed the fish, and they die from indigestion several hours later (their bodies are not prepared to digest gluten and yeast) these people paid for using a bathroom, as well as collect the input, and the conditions of the bath are unhealthy. If you go to this place, reject the bread and make those who ignore the ecosystem.
