Blow Hole, San Andres
(1/5 based on 3,600+ reviews on the web)
Don't stand too close to Blow Hole, or you might get soaked. The small hole in the ground, located at the southern end of San Andres Island, shoots up incredibly strong jets of water when waves crash into the shore. Due to a series of underground coral formations, the water and air become so pressurized that they are forced straight up, creating the fountain-like phenomenon. • The hole is interesting, although not always blows water. The best place is to take a piña colada or any of the drinks.

  • Attention! If you are with the good weather, that is, without the rough sea won't find funny at all. But with the rough seas? You might be surprised. Pretty cool the strength and the sounds emitted before "explosion". Now a question is the approach of the natives. Our bag! They intimidated even. Stay tuned.

  • It was not so surprising since it ran no wind as so the blower hole did his magic, as moves well in the handicraft!
