Blow Hole, San Andres

Don't stand too close to Blow Hole, or you might get soaked. The small hole in the ground, located at the southern end of San Andres Island, shoots up incredibly strong jets of water when waves crash into the shore. Due to a series of underground coral formations, the water and air become so pressurized that they are forced straight up, creating the fountain-like phenomenon. • It is a rare place in the world it is a niche where blows the water with great force and produces a strong blast of water with much wind. The idea is to take the picture when the tide and the water comes out. That really is the only attraction as the surf is very given and there are no beaches in the area. As in all places you have their souvenir shop and the Islanders offer all drinks as cocoloco that it is a hoax because it is a coconut with a bit of cheap liquor and sweet taste but there are people who enjoy this cocktail also sell shells and sea things , t-shirts, is a place only for tourists so the idea is to take the picture and leave. To some 200metros of there on foot, there is a hole smaller than that almost nobody visit me I found it by coincidence but is more single and no thousand sellers on one single hand walking reef close to a restaurant can appreciate it I hope is lots of fun

  • Here is a very nice natural formation, the bad thing is that you people who manage or live there or not, but do not let you arrive with your own tour guide, to enter guides that do not charge you anything they are supposed, but in return you have consumed beverages ref rescantes, and if you do not want to simply you can not enter into the blower hole, those people are very aggressive if you don't eat, it is preferable to spend some pesos each drink 12000 pesos, to have problems with them since they are many.

  • I put this score because the truth was expecting more, people speak very much as if it were a wonderful attraction but it is actually a hole in the Earth that each both butt air or water, the only thing funny is that head flew to the Lord that I look the hat and the sunglasses m UY away. There are stores to buy beer, cocktails and some souvenir shops or interns... EYE! always ask for discount...
