  • Worth seeing petroglyph, but especially the hilly landscape seen from the observation deck. The walk can be demanding for those who are not familiar, however there are visits to horse, sunscreen and comfortable clothes, in addition to water are recommended. They must not leave the circuit or climb on the petroglyph as usual.

  • The hike to get there is really easy, the entrance is free and you get to see some archeological remains and beautiful scenery as well. I wouldn't say it is a must place to visit but of you have time in San agustin then definitely pay a visit!
  • Mystical place.
  • Very close to St. Augustine the Chaquira, is approximately some four kms of road to the beadwork is a place with statues in stone called the bulletin board where there is a small ethnographic museum, travel to this beautiful place is in the middle of nature, perfect for hiking. Once you reach the beads go down a few steps to a vantage point where you see the beautiful landscape of the Canyon of the Magdalena.

  • The walk more strenuous short-travel by St. Augustine. But the view is worthwhile. Fully the penalty

  • Statues as pre-Columbian time. If possible visit with a horse ride is very romantic
