Parque Tematico Hacienda Napoles
Explore Parque Tematico Hacienda Napoles, the estate of the infamous Colombian drug kingpin, Pablo Escobar. After his death in 1993, the luxurious 20 sq km (7.7 sq mi) complex fell into the hands of the government and is now open to the public. The mansion he lived in was partially demolished, and the estate was turned into a theme park. Visit the small museum and learn about Escobar’s life. As you explore the eclectic compound, you can see rare trees and plants, admire the butterfly garden, lounge by the pool, and view a replica of Escobar’s first airplane. Take a look at our Puerto Triunfo day trip planning tool to schedule your visit to Parque Tematico Hacienda Napoles and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.

From that arrive at the entrance to the person who serves on the dot information, has no attitude, don't know nothing just tells you 2 km more forward give information, in 2 km await you consultants charging you $ 16000 pesos for parking. At the point of payment person that serves little Gentile. costs: 43000 only to return to the ranch, 59000 two swimming pools and back to the hacienda, 80000 pools and around the island, babies if they are less than the metro pay half for bb. Food: dishes between 20000 and 54000 in reality cost does not give for what you offer, the beautiful swimming pools, beautiful animals, but starting parking there turn it must do in car, if you are going without a trolley, train but is full. does not have guide only hear the audio repeats that he repeats if you have any questions there who ask. Sitemap not exceeded my expectations expected much more. for less money, there are parks that cover more attractions.View original -

The former Hacienda of the drug Baron Pablo Escobar is a true experience. There will be so many animals on so much space with so much space hardly anywhere else. Alone more gbayo 40 Flussspferde in the wild (outside of Africa), incredible. In hindsight, Pablo Escobar has left a real legacy the country.View original -

Visited just after thanksgiving. We took a bus from Medellin just a little over 3 hours time to get there. Nice trip to see the Country side and the quarry mining going on. The most expensive part was the ride in and out of the Hacienda we paid $80 U.S. for three people on a motor cart. Over all seeing the animals on the way in is nice. Getting lunch before going over to water park is nice also. The Water park wasn't fully operational but the big slides were. We were in our late 20's and my friend and girl wouldn't go down some slides LOL. I watched alot of Netflix series on pablo and suviving escobar plus 30 30 special 0n the two escobar's.

Very clean and well maintained. Not sure about building a water park on an ex drug lair with plenty of dark history and museum. Also Finca shares the property with a prison, but if you can wrap your head around that combo, it is a fascinating history of a very sad and dangerous time in Columbian history. Glad to be able to travel around and feel safe again.

This place is good for children and for adults. The water park is great specially because is usually very hot in the area and you can go in there and get cool down. If you like birds this is a place you must check out.

Really impressed with the size. A must visit. Plan to spend an entire day traveling to and from Medellín/Ríonegro.
