Unfortunately both the printed Guide and especially information eagerly sought in Popayan, they later prove absolutely uncertain and nothing pocoinaffidabili on how to get there, what you put, where we needed to get off, what we found was a nightmare to get there etc, it took twice as long promised, then it started raining, the driver of the bus seemed incredibly not know where was the entrance , and let us in a place where there was a janitor who told us this was not the main entrance, that there was no one, least of all the guides or other, and that in any case there were kilometers (14?!) to reach, in the Park, through the mud and alone, the first place covered with a coffee ... Together we had got off the bus a French tourist, with even less information than we do, in the sense that had made it from his hotel in silk blouse and shorts, while it was so cold that we were not enough jackets and wool. There remained despondent and very angry that resume, the first bus that passed by again from there back to Popayan. I found absolutely amazing and absolutely not excusable, the amount of information that later proved to be inaccurate, unreliable and deviants. This Park is a gem, we started from Italy with this visit scheduled, and in Popayan, from which you must leave, nobody, I mean nobody, gave us an even remotely reliable information!show original
