Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, Metropolitan Cathedral Basilica sits in the heart of the city and the seat of the city’s Archbishop. The Romanesque-style building is made of adobe clay bricks dating back to the late 19th century and was designed by French architect Charles Emile Carre.   • A building of these with your magnitude can only be described as excellent as attraction. Built in red bricks has beautiful stained glass Windows and panels of tiles. Church dedicated to the Virgin Mary

  • located in the heart of the city, is the Cathedral more large city, it is best to attend the last Saturday of each month, where it held the market san alejo and crafts and reminders can be, it is relatively close to the metro or buses integrated system d the subway that runs through the town

  • Every time I visit her I'm even more surprised. How would you do to make so many bricks? How they were able at that time to build similar dome and from that height? Did many people die at work? My parents spoke a lot of her and lived nearby in the Prado neighborhood and in the Basilica, many were relatives who were baptized there.
