  • It is a site that is well worth a visit only on the outside. The castle is imposing, though tiring arrive because is in a rise precipitously. The Museum is simple but well nice.

  • The place is a visit forced in Medellin, if is wants to understand the form of think of them elites Antioquia of the century XX and enjoy of them works of art and of the history of the site. The guide that we attended was excellent and very friendly even if on a previous visit other guide had refused to make the visit in English (one of the visitors was Korean) Although other tourists access to it. The gardens and the collection of cribs evoke places very far and is a visit ideal for do in family, with people of the third age or even, if the budget it allows, perform an event there. Is precisely the budget what not me allows give you five stars, not all the visitors have the power purchasing of them Echavarria! There are no differential fees for local, there is no agreement with the municipality to enter with EPM Bill, there is no discount for seniors (segment very interested in the collection of Christmas cribs) and the souvenirs, as you would expect, they are very expensive. Highly recommended to visit in December, a team very well educated and friendly, as is logical in the best city in Colombia.

  • Unfortunately we missed the first half of the tour and we didn't know who was that such Don Echavarría, but the place is very nice. The Guide did not have the best attitude, noticed that he was tired of giving the same speech probably many times a day, but it is worth knowing the place. There are no big deal to do so with allocation of one-hour lasting travel and perhaps 10 more to explore the gardens is more than enough.

  • Very fun tour. It is all in Spanish so if you don't know Spanish you'll still enjoy the view. It was raining a little when I went, but still got some good shots. About a half mile or so from Santa Fe and Oviedo malls.
  • Located a short distance walk up the hill from Santafe Mall. Like many museums taking pictures is not allowed inside but outside in the gardens it is allowed and is a beautiful place to take your photos. This museum was the mansion of a famous Colombian industrialist. The entrance fee includes a guided tour in Spanish. They host many different temporary art and cultural exhibits. They organize a cool exhibit of Christmas nativity scenes made by local and international artists from November through January. The whole place makes you feel like you're somewhere in Europe with lots of trees and a big garden. There is a small coffee shop on the side of the building that offers picnics. A good place to relax, enjoy the view and get away from the city noise.
  • It's so beautiful and has great nature spaces
  • Beautiful gardens, not spectacular but for the price it's a great way to burn extra time, the castle is very nice, it was finished in the '40s so its its not that kind of castle but it was a nice time.
