Lookout Tourist Spot
Hike, take the bus, or grab a taxi to the top of Cerro Nutibara, where you'll find several cultural attractions in addition to the lush nature around you. One of the city's so-called "guardian hills," the summit rises 80 m (262 ft) above the rest of town. Pay a visit to the replica "Pueblito Paisa" (a representation of a traditional village), or stop by the city museum. Afterwards, you can wander the sculpture park, which features works by a number of South American artists. Don't miss the viewing platform near the village, which offers sweeping views across most of the city and landscape below. • Mainly a place to enjoy the nice views over the city. The cerro itself is nothing special and the pueblito on top is nothing special as well.  more »

  • Great view of Medellin. Try not to come up during a holiday when it is crazy crowded. Otherwise it's nice.
  • Excellent views on the top, it's good if you want to walk or jog, I mean to workout. On the top of this is the Pueblito Paisa, which carries many tourism. It's a beautiful hill with some green zones and little parks.
  • A great panoramic view point. It is possible to drive up the whole way but I recommend this as sports activity to hike up the steep curvy stairways. There are food joints, a english speaking tourist info and some friendly souvernir shops on top of the hill.
  • Great view, many food stands, contains a museum and also bathrooms. A good destination for a trip of ~2 hours.
  • Nice place to go during the weekend to have lunch or drink a beer. You can get there by bus or Uber, really cheap price.
