  • It is a space that is always nice. There was much demand. It is expensive. It is a nice place to go to relax the mind and body. I was very calm with a lovely moon night. The service is good.

  • These thermal are more expensive that others but there are price and taste for all, the area of parking need an intervention for improve it since them cars low suffer in it entry especially, in the inside an excellent service, several pools for different temperatures, them baths clean but as in all them areas wet usually not them dry and change is of clothing before exit is converts in a crossing to the search it best position for not wet clothing, highly recommended.

  • Helpful and accommodating staff. Grounds are well groomed with beautiful views. Rooms are a bit basic but comfortable and add to the charm. Restaurant has high prices and they do try to offer nice food, but it isn't worth the price. I think you pay more for location then the quality of the food. The hotel, pool and spa all do their best to offer the best possible service. Some of the best services you will receive throughout most of Manizales. The hotel is about 10 minutes from town and about 20 minutes for the center of town.
  • While the entrance fee for the hot baths is higher than the other options, it's worth it for the ambiance. There is a big pool and several smaller 4-person pools. The changing areas are clean and convenient. It's a safe place where you don't have to be overly preoccupied with watching your things. On a week night you have the place to yourself.
