  • I have visited the reserve often and I cannot enjoy it, what I don't understand is so much propaganda if you book it has no operational capacity, these days they arrive and become foreigners wanting to do bird watching and it is never possible to get permission, what? would be good that waters of Manizales or the same reservation we had the reason for such refusal with visits or how it can help them to improve services.
