  • The hacienda Venetians near Manizales, you can see from the plantation of Colombian coffee until the bagging for export. I didn't like the lunch they serve on the farm because you don't have a choice. Despite being cheap. Another negative point, the transport of Manizales to farm you at your hotel, but the return to Manizales is only at 17 hours and after lunch the only activity that has is a swimming pool and there is cold. The 14 hours the farm cart takes you to the road where you have to catch a bus to Manizales. I tried to negotiate with the charge that the same people who were were returning the 14 hours and she could take it all back to Manizales, but she was adamant, take us only up the road and we had to turn around to return by bus to the city.

  • The Hacienda Venecia is the only coffee farm that I could visit in Colombia but I think that this tour is that is the best for several reasons. The tour is very well done and varied with several time: tasting and discovery of aromas, history of the coffee trade and production process, ballad in the plantation... The setting is beautiful, you can walk in the area and observe all species of birds (and even iguanas) inhabiting it. The option is very good. Thank you and Kudos to Carolina for his professionalism.
