Where to stay in Cucuta

A city on the border with Venezuela, Cucuta represents a major regional transport, commercial, and tourist hub, as reflected in its abundance of accommodations. Since many visits to Cucuta are transitory in nature, with business people crossing the border in either direction, places to stay mostly cluster to the south of Highway 70. Still, as a town boasting plenty of attractions in its own right, Cucuta has come to offer a wider range of choices than business hotels and motels; choose from a solid selection of boutique accommodations, rental apartments, and budget-friendly guesthouses.

  • It is a nice plaza like the other ones around the country actually. It is clean sometimes but there is a lot of traffic around the plaza so you can't really enjoy the place.  more »
  • i like the park but maybe you should take care of your belongings some time. You can sit and drink something while you rest.  more »
