  • All the tour operators on land descriptor this tour as beautiful beaches, tour the islands; however, none of this is true and I recommend skipping this altogether. THE TOUR 1) we were told the we woul...  more »
  • This was one of the worst experiences ever. We were sold the trip the day before - the pictures shown were of a pristine beach with the promise to able to get away from it all for a few hours. In the ...  more »
  • Wander through the Islands was very good. The location is wonderful. The sea is transparent and inviting for bathing. For who's afraid of sea transport can be a little difficult. It is made with craft bass boat type.

  • Great place to relax. I will recommend to stay for a few days to enjoy the most of it. Give it a chance, go to Colombia, visit Cartagena and take a boat to las islas del Rosario. Rest, eat, sleep, swim, open your eyes and..... Then go back to sleep, swim and swim, Enjoy that water, enjoy Colombia.
  • Must get there by boat. Beautiful islands. Plenty of little places to stay there too. Cocktails on the beach is a must
  • 1,5 hours to go and 1,5 hours to come back in a boat in extremely uncomfortable conditions but most importantly EXTREMELY DANGEROUS conditions: huge waves getting into the boat soaking everyone and everything for the whole duration of the trip. Our 1,5 year old suffered for all this time covered under towels and whatever else was available in the boat to protect him. Horrified elders around were praying silently for their lives! Captain and crew played it cool like this was normal (???)! All this to get to Isla del Rosario where if you don't want to spend money for 30' snorkelling or 40' of the so-called "oceanarium" you will be trapped for an hour in a minuscule port-like construction where you will pay very expensive for anything from a visit to the toilet until a bottle of water. Then the horrible boat picks you up for half more hour of terror ride until the Playa Blanca. In Playa Blanca you will experience a full 2-3 hours of non-stop touristic "harassment" from insisting vendors of all types, from the abuse of the natural environment by the so-called "touristic development", from no space on the beach to place your towel and sit on it, and from the below-average minuscule lunch that you paid for with your ticket. Then you ride on the horror boat once again for the final hour of horror ride. I have lived all my life by the sea in various places around the world, touristic and not. I am an experienced by-the-sea traveler and I can responsibly declare this boat trip EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and a one TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS !!! The whole touristic experience is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Trip was made on February 28th 2018. The previous day was on the local news that 4 tourists fell off one of those boats into the ocean during the wild bumps!!! Unfortunately we found out too late ...
  • Hard to access, private boats by the hotel only.
  • Remarkable islands. *****
