  • Very busy location in the historic centre of Cartagena, in front of the clock tower, where you can see several typical candy vendors, simple, but very traditional in Cartagena. In the colonial period, the place was called Portal of the slaves because that's where traded the slaves that came to town. Today, it's a pretty nice place, full of "caloric stalls that animate the walk through the city".

  • This portal where the mulattoes offer their candy of coconut, milk balls and many more sweets, dressed in their costumes of time set in the colonial era, the walled city offers. A nice walk in the morning.

  • Who attracted to sweets can only taste the various types of local craft production offered in tents. I'm sure you will leave with a few trolleys to take to family or friends.
