  • We arrived by boat from the pier. swindlers all you come on vacation and kill you with the prices! Us it sold a guide of tourism as beautiful, to be quiet... The beach was full of people, those of locals fought out by customers. We told that to the reach would have our own Shiner and our chairs... We warn that was perhaps not there, and they told us there was no problem, and then told us that if we were not consuming we could not stand! The glass, the water-filled Beach brings trash bags and cans. They rent out jet skis that you pass up. There is nothing of security. The truth, a shame that a with so much potential to be ruined by the people in this way... I do not recommend it to anyone. Moreover, I recommend not to go. And if they do not pay more than 15000 which is what gained them a couple of locals for the trip. Is a journey short.

  • Punta Arena is a beach located on the island called Isla Earth bomb. Faces Castillogrande, latest offshoot of Cartagena de Indias, just past the Bocagrande district. The premise is that the beach in Cartagena is plain, so the closest place to take a dip is Punta Arena. It can be reached with lance from 6-8 places for around 10000 pesos each way. About 3 euros. It takes about 10 minutes. Once you are dropped off near one you can define equipped beach. With about 10 euros you rent a sun bed large and covered it in some (such as The Beach Hostel) you have access to the pool and shower. There is everything from food and drink at reasonable prices. You can do the day alone or make an online travel package-couch-lunch. Punta Arena is the first stop for a day at the beach. Meets, but a clarification: it is still the beach and sea of dreams. For those move yet, but will be the subject of another review.

  • We left Castillo Grande, where we left a taxi driver, we took a small boat to 30000COP per person, having agreed that we would have the right to return and transport a "tent" with two chairs to stay all day. We were greeted by a "lugareño" (people of the place) sympathetically. But to learn that comeriamos not in place (no what a vegetarian eat away the patacones) got mad and started to press us rudely. That was really bother, we moved to THE BEACH Hostel. After getting a tent awesome the 20000COP per person, the atemdente informed us that they have a tour to Punta Arena includes transfers, tent, bathrooms, pool, shower and 25000COP in consummation, total 65000COP. nice apart from the Beach, good to go with children, some boats and jets on the edge. Green water, but not transparent, and good temperature.
