Where to stay in Cartagena

Despite its status as a major tourist hub, Cartagena offers a good choice of affordable places to stay. If you're looking to splurge, consider staying at one of the town's restored colonial-era buildings, which now house boutique hotels packed with modern amenities. Alternatively, several old monasteries in Cartagena's walled colonial district offer outstanding facilities at very high prices. Budget-conscious travelers can explore the many mid-range hotels and low-cost hostels clustered in Getsemani, an up-and-coming neighborhood and center of the backpacker scene.

  • I was there on January 2 by the Metropolitan concert with artists such as Juan Luis Guerra and Carlos Vives, the stadium is nice and well preserved, its inputs are not well identified, the neighborhood that surrounds it is a little dirty, due to the amount of people who attended the concert the baths were insufficient, if the stadium have up to 20 thousand people , then should have many bathrooms more.

And is the headquarters of the single team Real Cartagena. AEMR
