  • It is the beach that you must meet in Cartagena, if you want to go to rest is not the appropriate place, since every 2 minutes you will have a different vendor offering products and massages. I recommend not to buy bracelets or similar since there the cost is much higher. Tents, more chairs cost 30 thousand by 2 people. It is a place that should be visited.

  • It is a pity that the coast of Colombia do not know to do tourism, because there is a culture of bullying and of defrauding the unwary tourists. This responds to little formalization and training in the sector of hotels and tourism in the country, and the poorly named "indigenous malice", which I would think is malice that we inherit more easily who we "discovered" from the old contintente. Well, I am doing this precedent because this may be the most unpleasant topic of the visit to the beaches of Bocagrande: the siege is suffering, and the exploitation of those who are have taken over beaches to take an advantage of them. Therefore please note that you should never accept a sample, a "courtesy", "proof", because then they will want to charge it in Cartagena, and at exorbitant prices, what can make you a hard time. When you decide to rent a tent or a parasol, agreed the fee in advance, and try not to ask for anything that offered unless it has a possible interest in it, because sellers often harass the virtual customer. The exception previously inquire about prices than go to consume or make can be also extended to casual restaurants (where do not exhibit prices, or have a letter), and services as the beaches of Bocagrande taxis are pretty, insurance on the islands close to Cartagena you will find them cleaner and more pleasant, but areas "public" these are interesting to know and to bathe in them. Although I know several people who avoid them because they seem dirty.
