Cerro De Las Tres Cruces, Cali
(3.8/5 based on 110+ reviews on the web)
Hike to the top of Cerro De Las Tres Cruces, where legend holds that a demon named Buziraco terrorized Cali with plague and famine. In 1837, two brothers carried three crosses of bamboo up the hill to ward the him off. Eventually these crosses evolved into the iron and cement giants you see today. Sundays here are busy with tradition, giving you a good opportunity to mix with the locals. Challenging at times, the hike to the top is best started early; take plenty of water. Once at the summit, you can buy refreshments and enjoy spectacular views over Cali. Our Cali holiday planner makes visiting Cerro De Las Tres Cruces and other Cali attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.

  • You can enjoy the fact up to the Hill of three crosses so you're not passionate about the sport, you can do it at your own pace, making stops to rest and enjoy the scenery. It is a difficult challenge but that is worth much.

  • It is regrettable that the viewpoint with the best view of the city, it has been invaded by antennas. Not ready as a viewpoint. Everything is closed because the antennas are the main thing. It could be a beautiful viewpoint with stops along the way. They should also pave the way. Able to want to keep the environment, but that does not require to have a trail as road. I saw enough people go up walking down a trail, seems fabulous, they arrive and they have up to a few irons that can be called gym without mood be criticón, remove these antennas there and turn this site into a fabulous vantage point
