Theme Park
Classic amusement-park attractions await at Salitre Magico, one of the leading family-friendly sites in the region. Originally inaugurated in 1973, the park underwent major redevelopment at the turn of the new millennium, with themed areas and a whole host of exciting rides and entertainment drawing a growing number of tourists. Ride on one of three main roller coasters, have a blast on the bumper cars, or take to the sky on the 40 m (131 ft) Ferris wheel, gaining extensive views of the city below. Younger visitors appreciate the carousel, swings, and a mini Ferris wheel, as well as the many games dotted around the large park. Using our world travel planner, Bogota attractions like Salitre Magico can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

  • It was fun for the kids. Lots of rides and going on a quiet day makes for short lines which makes the stay more enjoyable. Really enjoyed thw tribute to Michael Jackson, Thriller!
  • What u want? A place for boring people or extreme place for cool people? Be part of the better extreme park to Bogota
  • Excellent. Many different rides. Adventurous. Horror House is the best. Food is okay. Fast Pass is recommended.
  • Pros: it's really accesible as it's in the city, and they always have promos, rides for all ages. Cons: food stands open after noon, roller coasters are quite small, all the rides were really short (just one lap on the coasters)
  • The whole park can be visited in less than 1h, especially if you get a fast pass to avoid the lines at the attractions.
