  • A very nice Park, very full on Sunday I was. A lot of people walking on foot or by bike, playing ball ... very excited. In addition, there is still little boat ride. A great ride!

  • This is the most fantastic urban park in Colombia. Highly recommended for locals or tourists. Walking, cycling, lake activities or many other sports can be practiced here. The park has lonely spots under the trees, or big open squares for concerts or massive events. Parking is limited, street food and fruit juices are recommended.
  • I love this park, you can do a lot of different activities there, sports activities like running, bicycling, some water activities to in the lake, or family activities like Picnik, walking. The park is big enough for spend all day there if you want a relaxing and cheap day. And of course is the best location for concerts in the city, with a capacity for more than 150.000 persons and really good located, make this park in one of the best urban elements in Bogota
  • Beautiful city park with alot of trees, a lake, playgrounds, snack shops, and bathrooms. For those who are looking for an active visit, there are walking, running and cycling paths. Even though I'm not a runner, the running paths are great because of its texture and puts less stress on your joints.
  • A beautiful park with places for everything you can go from biking to running ore even riding a ⛵, is a perfect place to take kids for them to play , you can also take pets and be able to play with them also these park counts with multiple green zones were you can do picnics or just enjoy the view , is one of the most crowded parks in Bogotá aswell the biggest it counts on the daily bases with multiple attractions as boat riding
  • If you're in your day off, and you don't find anything else to do, you don't want to spend a lot of money, you can just come here with your family, and a soccer ball and that's gonna be enough. Since I was a kid, this has been like my favorite place to visit, because you feel calmed and relaxed, not like going to a mall, where you hear all the noise... No, you feel the peace, and you can lie down in the grass and just hill out a moment. Excellent place.

Where to stay in Bogota

Many visitors to Bogota stay in La Candelaria, a colonial-era neighborhood in the city center where you can find plenty of decent hostels and mingle with tourists from around the globe. Staying in this area also puts you within walking distance of the city's major museums and best nightlife options. If you prefer to sleep in a quieter area and visit this busy district during the day, consider accommodations in the northern section of the city, which includes the upscale neighborhood Zona T.
