  • This museum introduced me to several latin american artists I had never heard of. Am very, very glad I went. you should go too!  more »
  • The building is very beautiful, inside is huge! But the works are, say, anything not to be missed. Maybe for those who like art in General, is an interesting place to stop by.

  • Even for me that I don't like arts was interesting guided tour. Imagine if you like. The bad and the plethora of school groups who visit it.

  • The internationally known museum has exquisite bones. The courtyards are perfectly laid out and serene. It houses a large collection of Mr. Botero paintings. The canvases are known for their puffery of people - the images are grossly larger than normal depictions. See my 360 degree picture. It's well worth a stop.
  • Great Collection of international artists. All the big names and of course the extraordenary Fernandando Botero. Free Entry! Use the inexpensive Audio-Guide. Its worth it. Very nice building.
  • Outstanding gallery. One of the best I have been anywhere. Free entry. Botero's later work is phenomenal. My favourite pieces were his pastels, but his watercolours are also great. Also includes work by Picasso, Dali, Renoir, Degas, Monet and others. Free entry!
  • The place itself is pretty, however there are no description about Botero's life or career. It may give the impression that the paintings were thrown out there just because. One can see the whole museum in about 20 to 30 mins
  • Amazing place with a heavy collection of Botero paintings and sculptures. Also there's some Picaso, Monet and Renoir inside. 100% free of charge! You can't miss it if you're in Bogota and dig art. Also recommend using Uber to get here, as taxi drivers can be dodgy.
