  • its architecture is simple and colonial, inside is beautiful and feels that it is a treasure trove of Bogotá, the candelaria district gives its name to this beautiful church, go only to visit enter and see its altar, paintings and images you plain of mystery and great mysticism, need not be of any religion to appreciate the churches in bogota only to see them from a cultural, architectural, and social point of view.

  • the Church is very central, is easy to reach it, just follow the ave.7a and already these there, close to the avenida Jiménez, downtown of the city point, from there you can see cerro de monserrate, which in December is a marvel to see it lighting, upon entering the Church, the twilight sentiras in tasty cold, that makes you think of the presence of God and invites you to prayer ,... always find some devout parishioner raising his prayer to the Lord, is something very impressive and worth admiring...
