  • No more than a train station. Neighborhood is not friendly. There is some police cars exposed in the hall of the station and that´s all folks. If you went to Retiro station in Buenos Aires you will be...  more »
  • But it is the way to get by steam train to zapaquira. There is a nice show of old police cars but it is not worth getting there just to see the cars..
  • The neighborhood where which was once the main exit and entrance of Bogotá by railroad is now dangerous but more than one still like us. Here came out did Bosa after crossing the paddocks or forked northward following the race 30-9a to continue northward. Some to Ubaté continued to grow in its path the industry and trade. The other route was going to Facatativá and from there down to the Magdalena and then headed to the Atlantic coast. This branch of FACA could turn around and down the sides of Cachipay to Girardot. The district at the time was the best of Bogotá. They were statues of Columbus and Queen Isabella (today in the Golden Av.El) and why the paseo Colón was called. There was a prosperous trade and large room houses. Today is surrounded by areas depressed as Sans Facon and San Bernardo.

  • once beautiful, now decadent
  • It is a place that has lots of history about Colombia and Bogotá, should be fully open to the public but that doesn't mean to a walk by the train of the savanna which begins precisely in the Centre of Bogotá savannah station.

  • It is a place to visit, I think missing a bit more of information at this point for tourists, also inside the station to improve the cafeteria, there is a permanent exhibition of police cars then with more reason there must be people who make this journey to learn a little more than history
