Central Cemetery of Bogotá is one of the main and most famous cemeteries in Colombia located in Bogotá. Houses several national heroes, poets and former Colombian presidents. It was opened in 1836 and was declared National Monument in 1984. Some of the sculptors of the mausoleums are Tenerani and Sighinolfi.

  • It is a cemetery located in a central place of Bogota, place for other tourist and also visited by locals of the city. Despite symbolizing the same death, it is a place that confronts the reality of life with the same eternal life, here end the vanities of life, and all without social class end in the same way. The difference is not perceptible to the eyes, since the human spirit is not seen, then who lies here had to make a decision before coming: Life (Jesus) or death (without Jesus).

  • Very clean, good atmosphere. The only bad thing is that there is much Nero consuming marijuana and do a lot of witchcraft, the central ellipse is currently in arrangement.. There is no entry into that area..
