  • Just in front of the entrance of this library was the home of President Lopez Pumarejo. Beside survives today Presbyterian Temple and the North opens soon the extension of the independence Park that on beams arranged above the 26 cale will have gardens between other. Entering and transferring the receipt is the bust of Germán Arciniegas with headings on America Vespuci. In the room Samper Ortega survive Arciniegas hung on the south wall portraits. The central room surrounded by stained glass shows graffiti evoking among others to Narino. To the North on the first floor are the busts of Marco Fidel Suarez and Laureano García Ortiz.
