Museo del Caribe, Barranquilla

  • This Museum doesn't have objects, but it explains the Caribbean region and its people through many videos on ecosystems, with the voices of their indigenous peoples, its historical development, etc.. It seems to me a very interesting place, with a number of wonderful and relevant information. However, the interactive room on Gabriel García Márquez seemed very poor, at least in Spanish, with some explanatory texts aimed at children.

  • Great place to know caribbean culture and local traditions
  • A new place in our city that has become an important part of the city and this sector of the Center which has gradually been restored, currently builds a new building that will be part of this wonderful cultural complex, a place to want to and babysitting AR.

  • The Museum of the Caribbean is located at Cra 46 reaching the walk Bolívar. There is one modern museum that portrait all the culture and idiosyncrasy of the Caribbean Region. Income has a value and discounts for groups such as students and teachers. Unfortunately the Museum does new acts by what many people stopped to visit it and risk to be closed due to lack of resources.
