Dinghu Mountain Resort, Zhaoqing

(130+ reviews on the web)
Mountain
Surrounded by rolling hills, Dinghu Mountain Resort offers many walking paths and numerous scenic views of lakes, streams, waterfalls, misty mountains, and ancient temples. You can take the electric car if you don’t want to hike to the gate, with both options offering great scenery. When you arrive, notice the intricate stone carvings of roaring Chinese dragons and a giant bronze tripod bowl. Though the mountain was originally named after the lake on its top, its Chinese name evolved into something with the same pronunciation but a different meaning: "ancient cooking pot." Take a boat across the lake and try to spot cranes and other birds, and don't miss the chance to walk through the butterfly cage. By using our Zhaoqing vacation trip planner, you can arrange your visit to Dinghu Mountain Resort and other attractions in Zhaoqing.
