Where to stay in Yi County

International visitors to Yi County tend to stay in the water villages of Hongcun and Xidi. Just northeast of the county lies one of the main natural attractions in the country, Huangshan (Yellow Mountain). A wealth of guesthouses, hotels, and resorts sit at the foot of the mountain and allow for explorations of the water villages, accessible on a number of organized excursions.
