Where to stay in Wuhan

In clusters along the river sit perhaps the most popular accommodations in Wuhan. The newer, chain hotels sit together in shiny commercial districts overlooking the water, while simple guesthouses sit in the older districts, on the more atmospheric streets of the city. Away from the river, on either bank, metro stations and parks become the centers of interest for most hoteliers and guesthouses owners, with a good mix of upmarket and budget options to be found. Some of the most luxurious options in the city lie to the east of the center, including resorts and upmarket branded hotels overlooking the lake.

  • Well I can say without a doubt in mind that THE coldest place in Wuhan if not China is the Ice museum of Wuhan zoo. You have to put on a artic coat to walk in the building ....a pleasant end to stroll...  more »
