  • The garden is more a park than a garden. I think it is best to spend at least half a day there during the weekend, then you can also watch the locals and have nice walks. It is a great place to relax.

  • Little flowers / flowering plants were compared to European botanical gardens! I was in may here, probably March/April is beautiful. There are a few roses and lilies, otherwise rather disappointing. The ' jungle ' area is tiny, the Orchid Garden was not only orchid. If you lower the expectations, ok. It is not very relaxing however, because there are very many screaming kids and a lot of honking electric vehicles (for lazy Chinese who can not even run in the Park). Arrival by bus 401 and 402 (Terminus) entry 40 rmb restaurant at the entrance had but to (Sunday)

  • Holds special flower shows at different time of the year. Nice greenery, good for a one day field trip, especially for elderlies and youngs
