Beach Park, Wuhan

Categories: Nature & Parks
Inspirock Rating:
4.3/5 based on 80+ reviews on the web
Take a leisurely stroll along the water's edge at Beach Park, a sustainable and well-maintained stretch running parallel to the Yangtze river. Locals frequent the beach for exercise, kite-flying (vendors sell these on site), and other such activities. Note the various sculptures and cultural artifacts, giving it its nickname "the street museum." Keep your eyes peeled for some of the abundant birdlife that frequents the sandy riverbanks. It couldn't be easier to arrange your visit to Beach Park and many more Wuhan attractions: make an itinerary online using Inspirock's Wuhan trip itinerary planner.

  • When it gets dark, you can see the "skyline" of Wuhan from here. But only until 21:30, after that the lights be turned off! It reminds of Shanghai United in small. It's good to take a stroll with friends / family / partner. Admission free of charge. Access to ferry service across the river here possible. Note that there is no beach here, the river is totally filthy!
