  • In good weather, there is a good view of Tianjin. As shown on the photo, we had not shouldn't good weather, but the view was already fairly far. Above, the "observation" is also on the pictures to see there is no Outdoorplatform. The entire floor is full of small stalls and the slot machines. A bunk moreover is only the restaurant. China typical controls were getting. I was on my second day in China on the TV Tower, because I was surprised that my bag and I myself how to control at an airport. The outcome was somewhat dubious. Once I'm down out of the elevator, I should be still a free lot in the shop. I of course promptly pulled a surprise win: I was allowed to choose a tapestry in the shop and I have only 80 Yuan, instead of I don't know how many hundred or thousand Yuan to pay.

  • Take from the beforehand prepared on Google maps. Looks like. Tianjin eye appears. Buildings be back here more difficult to understand is the look well. From the Tianjin eye appears here. Did not notice at the time so I went ahead to the Tianjin eye photos later and was picture perfect. Skyscrapers of the West sees as science fiction film.

  • Upon arrival at the foot of the Tower, there are dozens of dead fish and the smell that accompanies it. At the top you have the impression of being in an old arcade more than 25 years old. Unless you have set as a goal to get to the top of all towers in the cities you are visiting (like me) I suggest you don't simply cannot put everything the activity in your "To Do List". For the view, you need to have a clear sky (which is rare in China), otherwise nothing to do there either.

  • One of the tallest tv towers in the world, and larger than the beijing one, this tower offers tours to the very top where the view is wonderful. There is a revolving restaurant on the top with overpriced food, but still worth it just to sit down and enjoy the view. The tower is surrounded by an artificial pond which adds to the cool effect of the tower.
  • It was so high and awesome! There was a cafe too!
  • Ok view. Too many arcade games blasting out retro music.
  • Great view and certainly a landmark to visit.
  • Amazing tower with a wonderful view restaurant. Plz visit it!

The large city of Tianjin has more than enough accommodations to cater to the different tastes of its visitors. Just take a look at the central districts of Hedong, Hebei, and Hexi. Towering over the central area, an abundance of high-rise hotels offer rooms and facilities both budget and upmarket, and convenient access to the main transport hubs, shops, and sights. If you're planning on staying in town for a while, consider renting an apartment in one of the more residential districts further out.
