Several possibilities available to you according to your fitness ascension is from the city (in my opinion as the great athletes!) either from the Middle door. Attention two far different ticket one of the other. For the ascension from the Middle door (4 h) you have a bus (included in the entry price) brings you. From the terminus you can d ' go take the cable car to the Summit with already a good climb! Everything is well signposted impossible to get lost! At the top a village with temples snacks kiosks rocks to calligraphy etc... and views to take your breath away. Down until the Middle door (3 h) knees suffer horribly. Then you need to buy a bus ticket back to the city (well signposted). Good luck!!
