  • So I don't think that the green heart of the Futian District is a rich and expansive parks. 1 is about 5 km up and down demanding course is within the Park. Summit square is a statue of Deng Xiaoping guided course is also ideal for Hill training. Beautiful views of Shenzhen is a hard course, from the brightly colored tropical flowers and mountain views make you forget tired of running. Even in China, the marathon boom, and many runners are toiling on the weekend. In addition, Japanese expatriates living in Shenzhen running club members also are aiming at training in this park.

  • We came herd again with family to enjoy color, DengXiaoPing statue and the amazing view of Shenzhen.... a perfect afternoon walk to detox. A must see for local or travelers  more »
  • Metro station is from either Palace or Lotus village is at the entrance of the Park. Or kite-flying children spread plastic sheets, unwind, enjoy each of you in the large Green Park. I am just nice to achieve the feat of Lianhua mountain climbing that 60 meters in height (lol).

  • This place is located at the children's place station. Around the area there are a lot of very nice attractions. The park in one side and the other side with a view of the tallest building of Shenzhen, the music hall, art museum and so on. The library is incrideble big.. And a lot of people around reading mainly... unfortunately the books in English are very expensive but the cds with traditional Chinese music are cheap.
  • Recommended to have a visit for a night view of Shenzhen city at the top of the park and a statue of Deng Xiaoping. A place to have a walk as an exercise or to meditate. Enjoy the view of nature and flowers.
  • If you want to go for views and nature, there is simply no better place. Do beware that it is quite a hike to the Dong Xiaping Square uptop (bring your own beverages and refreshments!) also that on critical weather days, the visibility might not be ideal.
  • Great place to enjoy nature and unwind from the stress of the city. If you climb to the top, you get a dramatic view of the city with a Deng Xiaoping statue behind you.
  • This large park is ideal for a family day out. There is plenty of space for picnics, a stroll and kite flying. There is a corner of the park where people advertise their single status, hoping to find their other half. There is a Dong Xiaping Square at the top of a hill, where you can enjoy the view of Durian. However there are many steps to reach the top.

Where to stay in Shenzhen

With the city quickly developing into a modern metropolis, Shenzhen accommodations have done well to keep up with the pace of change in the downtown area. The area south of Tanglangshan Country Park right down to Hong Kong's border offers an area rich in places to stay. Whether you're looking for some high-rise luxury, or a side-street dormitory, this central area has a large degree of variety. Located close to the main sightseeing highlights, and well served by public transport, the area stretches out to the east and to the west, with accommodations becoming less regular the further you go.
