  • Along with the other Chiwan historical attractions, the tomb is one of the few genuine historical sites in the otherwise modern city of Chiwan. The tomb, whilst not hard to find, is a bit of a walk fr...  more »
  • Very nice for a walk site where you can make contact with part of the Chinese culture, the price of admission is not expensive. The original temple there remains in the Museum. They are repairing some of the buildings and the scaffolding removed charm, it is a quiet place for a power walk. Highly recommended

  • Shezhen gives almost no history more! This temple is an exception! The buildings are in a beautiful park-like setting! Beautiful roofs with ornaments out large and small temples with images of dragons and big veelden. People come here practicing their faith. Many incense wishes.. It was a beautiful experience!

Where to stay in Shenzhen

With the city quickly developing into a modern metropolis, Shenzhen accommodations have done well to keep up with the pace of change in the downtown area. The area south of Tanglangshan Country Park right down to Hong Kong's border offers an area rich in places to stay. Whether you're looking for some high-rise luxury, or a side-street dormitory, this central area has a large degree of variety. Located close to the main sightseeing highlights, and well served by public transport, the area stretches out to the east and to the west, with accommodations becoming less regular the further you go.
