  • Retro buildings and many other tourists shop there. Just over the sequence store goods of crafts and souvenirs from the 1 inch to Dole was made happy. Snow Globes were lined up product looks like almost everywhere in the small shop, but happened to be looking the products of the same design but different price stores. It was good you purchased from several stores around.

  • It's a typical tourist trap area surrounding the Yuyuan garden. The shops make it a bit difficult to find the garden entrance and I missed it the first time going there. The gardens are worth a visit ...  more »
  • Cool architecture, well-maintained and nice to see. Very commercialized though, lots of tourists and just lots of souvenirs to buy. Still worth seeing.

  • This place is huge and it's a maze if you don't turn on your body's internal GPS you'll get lost easily because everything looks the same. There's nothing special to see here, the food aren't particularly good and some of the places smells really bad because garbage is everywhere.
  • A really fun shopping area. The high traffic areas a kind of tourist traps, so be brave and explore the alleys. Bring your negotiating skills.
  • Had lunch at a Chinese food cafe outside the garden, they charged double the price but serviced cold food.

  • Now, although is called "Old town", but not really has to do something. All more or less for us tourists rebuilt and is somehow similar to Disneyland. Unfortunately, nothing at all is originally. At most times, surviving a photo for the home, which it clearly a China see as we know it from the movies.
