  • Although we are not the museum fans, but we've been to several main European museums, and this one is one of the best we've seen. 5 floors, a lot of interesting spots of city history. Clean and bright...  more »
  • A great quick stop to learn about Shanghai. Really nice introduction to the city. Easy and cheap to visit, there is a metro station entrance directly in the courtyard to the museum.

  • Nice 3D display of the entire Shanghai area. Definitely worth seeing, and only 7 yuan per person on weekdays.
  • Uninteresting museum. Almost no original objects, just reproductions of old photographs. Exhibits are full of boosterism. The big model of future Shanghai is impressive, but you don't learn much from it.
  • This center reflects the urban transformation of shanghai through time. Nice to visit
  • Went here to see the broad 3d map of Shanghai and it didn't disappoint. Nice museum to briefly hop by.
