Tourist Spot
A motorsport race track, Shanghai Circuit hosts the annual Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix. Futuristic and designed to maximize spectator excitement, the track provides an enjoyable race viewing experience. If you visit outside racing times, take a guided tour to learn about the track and soak up the atmosphere--it's worth it even if the guide speaks little English. As you're waiting for the tour to start, grab a coffee and pick up some souvenirs at a small shop there. Get behind the wheel yourself at the go-karting track on site. • We watched the 11-race. Staff entrance when it's induction, was not so much congestion at the subway station. However, after the final customer return to the city immediately after the crowded train station. Better subway tickets, prepare in advance.

  • Did you watch the F1. Located in the square in the back of the grandstand, tent or booth for car manufacturers and teams, is like a colorful Festival. But could be used for credit cards in many shops.

  • I've spent few hours in this lounge in Shanghai airport due to flight delay in Oct 2016. I felt comfortable and well-equipped in the lounge. I tried the complimentary self serve tea/coffee, soft drink...  more »

  • Easy to get to by metro. We rode scooters from Hongkou district, 1.5hrs. Sat in grandstand K, great views of back straight, hairpin and run up to final corner. Will definitely be back!
  • Good views on the track, easy to move around. Far away from city and bit confusing to go there by metro if you don't read chinese.
  • Nice race track with huge seating possibilities. The Shanghai metro stops just in front of the main entrance. I think there is no general admittance, only seated tickets.
  • Amazing F1 racing
  • Very well designed for the fans!
