A great way to chill out on a sunny afternoon in Shanghai. Don't be put off by the rather uninspiring walk from Shilong Road subway station (four stops inc one change from Xujiahui). Go over the bridg...  more »

Beautifully landscaped park to flowering in late may after some quieter with the flowers of summer and autumn, so the whole year is something to see in various glass houses that you have to pay but extra. Retirement age and children free in the Park. Lots of visitors on Sundays and public holidays.

From shilong station of Metro line 3, cross the footbridge and walk straight about 10 minutes takes you to the entrance. It is a residential area along the normal. I think the place not far from the town is quiet and good living environment as well. I think it should be as you imagined the wider Park botanical gardens. I think it good to relax and slowly walks, has drinks and snacks for sunny weather. Because the Park has a Pavilion for another charge was ARI late pass. I think it's better than air somehow on the Shanghai Centre.

Awesome during summer. Great place for photos and to hang out. Recommended to visit during work days when there are less people around. However, if you are far don't come here only to visit this place.

Beautiful natural world where you can enjoy yourself for all day.

Very crowded and poorly maintained. They have a nice Bonsai collection but definitely not worth the trip down. There are much better parks in Shanghai

Beautiful place and extremely large. Conservation rooms are great. Don't go in winter.

Badly maintained, falls in ruin slowly. On the bright side, very little people walking there, so if you look for place to rest, that's the one.
